Product Manager - internal tools (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge North Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
