Product Manager - internal tools (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Beacon Medical is a San Diego company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
