Product Manager - internal tools (San Antonio, TX)

Summit Linden Banking Services is a regional lender in San Antonio with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
