Product Manager - internal tools (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
