Product Manager - internal tools (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
