Product Manager - internal tools (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Rook Markets Partners is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
