Product Manager - internal tools (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Sacramento, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
