Product Manager - internal tools (Sacramento, CA)

Lumen Iron Insurance Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 447 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
