Product Manager - internal tools (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight Haven Insurance is an insurance company in Sacramento with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
