Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bright Ridge Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Boise. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
