Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Partners is a Buffalo company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
