Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Rivermark Mill Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Buffalo. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
