Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Westbrook Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Boston. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
