Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Ironwood North Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
