Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bright Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Buffalo with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
