Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Lumen North Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Dallas. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
