Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Silverline Forge Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
