Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Lumen Pine Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Indianapolis, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
