Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Phoenix, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
