Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Cedar Maple Financial serves customers across Little Rock with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
