Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bright Vale Markets is a St. Louis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
