Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Lumen Birch Care Services Associates supports families and individuals in Providence with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
