Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Banking Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
