Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Highbridge Cobalt Medical Group is a Savannah company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
