Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Cedar Markets serves neighbourhoods around Milwaukee with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
