Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Clearpath Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Albuquerque producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
