Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
