Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bright River Financial Group serves customers across Albuquerque with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
