Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Amberfield Fox Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Boise. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
