Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ivory Banking Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
