Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Stonegate Ashton Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Spokane with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
