Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Highbridge Corner Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Kansas City. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
