Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Northwind Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in San Diego with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
