Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar West Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
