Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Cedar Timber Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Birmingham producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
