Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Mill Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
