Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Wilder Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
