Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fox Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 488 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
