Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ridge Medical Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
