Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Summit Maple Medical designs and makes medical devices in Toledo. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
