Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Timber Medical Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 256 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
