Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bluepeak Thistle Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
