Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Umber Banking Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 328 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
