Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Harborlight Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Las Vegas, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
