Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Highbridge Bright Financial is a financial-services company in Wichita. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
