Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Willow Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
