Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Drift Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
