Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cobalt Medical Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
