Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Northwind Ivory Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 762 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
