Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Fernwood Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Birmingham with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
